Bright Side Projects is Taiwan’s first non profit association that concurrently promotes empowerment and plant-based foods through creation and content rich activities. Plant-based meals is a unique and integral component of all of our workshops. Help us fulfill our Bright Side Projects Winter Wishlist by 12/10 to support families. We spend portion of funds buying from local farmers – when you support local farmers, you also support a nutritious plant-based meal and workshops for a child this winter.
Your generous donation through Santa Jia Xin Toys for Taiwan will cover the delicious vegan meal and treats for one child this winter in our gift creation workshop taking place throughout Taiwan. It will also benefit the delivery of staple organic plant-based food to 10 families in ChingChuan (Hsinchu) and 30 in Taitung. Each family we support may have anywhere from one to six children to feed. To make this a reality, we need to raise close to $12,000 USD but we will do what we can with however much we are funded.
Our deadline is 12/10 for both monetary and items donations so we can personally deliver it to families and children in time on December 20th. Thank you!
近 15 年前，我們受「聖誕佳欣」啟發，當年才 6 歲的佳欣，心繫其他孩子能否得到聖誕禮物，而發起的歲末物資發送，我們想延續這份愛與同理心，把溫暖傳遞下去 ！
今年歲末，嚮光將發送 35 戶家庭物資、舉辦 5 場歲末工作坊、為 60 位孩子完成聖誕心願，親送滿滿的愛心物資！
這些年來，我們的歲末物資認購計畫從未間斷，感謝每一位支持者的參與，讓這份心意年復一年地傳遞給更多需要的孩子們。也因為有您們的支持，讓這趟旅程可以持續！

今年，嚮光與 SUIIS 素易 再次攜手合作，希望能為孩子帶來溫暖。我們從「SUIIS 素易」精選數十種植物系食品，像是植物奶、素鬆和調味料等等，將送至 35 戶竹東清泉和台東新馬蘭與卑南鄉的家庭。
．物資內容包含：純素天堂台灣小農有機米、OATSIDE 職人燕麥植物奶、素鬆、食用油，罐頭、燕麥、年長居民的成人紙尿布…等等。

FAMILIES NECESSITIES PACK
Bright Side Projects also provides necessities and small gifts when we deliver food staples to families in 10 households in ChingChuan and 30 households in Taitung. For the cost of 6,000NT/$200 USD per household it will go to buying things that families and children need to stay warm – whether it be blankets, mittens, or winter jackets and delivery to them. Remember that in each household, generally there are around 3-5 children or more that require support.
This year we will work again with SUIIS for a majority of our staple plantbased goods. SUIIS is Taiwan’s pioneer online vegetarian shopping platform and we are so pleased to be working with them this year on specific wishlist food staple items for 35 families who would benefit the most. We welcome everyone to directly head to their website to purchase or you can also donate funds to us as well. 純素天堂｜Vegan Heaven Organic Rice
我們支持並與在地農夫合作！
今年歲末，嚮光再次攜手純素天堂 Vegan Heaven 推動歲末物資認購活動，希望將台灣最美味的有機米提供給需要的家庭，也讓孩子也有機會品嘗到充滿能量的米飯 ，我們的目標是提供每個家庭 4-6 公斤的米，並至少提供給 35 戶家庭。
每戶家庭 4-6 公斤，共 35 戶家庭（ 1 包 2 公斤＝ 300 元）
募資目標：21,000 元
這份愛心不僅僅是食物，更是一份對未來的承諾，讓我們的環境與生命都能在這片土地上延續與茁壯。
這些年來，嚮光舉辦了許多關於飲食文化的創意教育培力課程，除了學習文化與烹飪，我們也推廣純植餐點，不僅讓孩子可以吃得健康，同時也接觸永續生活，一起「為愛而吃」！

We will be working with the former owners of bakery Vegan Heaven as they have turned into organic rice farmers for our rice staple. Support local farmers and families! 【2025 歲末創意工作坊｜DJ 特別企劃】
又到了分享歲末祝福的時刻！節慶不只是能收禮物，也是個能好好相聚的機會。
今年的歲末創意工作坊，我們將透過與 DJ 的合作，探索不同音樂文化的歷史與演變，並理解科技如何讓音樂不斷突破界限。音樂超越了文化、語言與時代的界線——這一次，我們期待嚮光社群能一起成為 DJ！今年我們想要回饋的禮物，是讓他們創作的一首屬於自己的串燒音樂，讓音樂成為傳遞情感與正能量的橋樑。
DJ 文化的魅力，在於它同時承載了過去與現在。一方面，我們學習其起源，認識不同文化與潮流；另一方面，也看見它如何映照出世代與個人的獨特故事與身份。
我們期盼 DJ 與音樂能成為一種力量，它能帶來創意與自我表達，並在需要的地方，成為療癒人心的旋律。

場歲末DJ工作坊要舉行
2025 Year End workshop
Music transcends culture, language, and eras – we are looking forward for our communities to DJ! As we are planning our yearend creative workshops, we hope that through collaborating with DJs, we can learn more about its history and evolution through time and different uses of technology. The gift of giving back this year we hope will be through their creation of a medley to ignite emotion and positivity to others and themselves.
Understanding of culture of DJing is two fold. We learn about the origins to appreciate other cultures and the current trends, but well as how it translates not only to our cultural identity but each and every person’s generation and personal experience.
We hope that DJing and music can serve as a form of empowerment in creation, self expression, and the melodies can provide therapy and healing where it is needed in this world.
