日式 Bright Side Projects 臺灣嚮光協會 Lynn & Chloe的日本式手作烹飪用我們的手作親自融入日本的米食文化，接近夏日的季節，我們用日式剉冰來體驗日本在夏天祭典時人手一碗的經典日式剉冰!

Join us for a day of creating delicious plant based Japanese meals with Teacher Lynn and Chloe Wu! Welcome to register and learn how to make delicious, nutritious meals topped off with traditional Japanese shave icy dessert at our Kitchen Table. (scroll below for English)

相比起看重營養的西方飲食和注重口味的中國飲食，日本飲食文化以重視外觀出名，因此曾被喻為「眼睛的料理」是一門體現美學修養的擺放藝術!

除此之外搭配Bright Side Projects 臺灣嚮光協會對於飲食上的環保概念，我們將美味的日式手作以純素的原則為出發點，藉此能讓孩子們都學習到美好的食物也能以素食的料理方式完成，並且在這手作過程中初步品嚐體驗日本文化!
