【活動報告】：2024/11/11（南港）好「彩」頭：骷髏頭彩繪工作坊

「好彩頭」活動無論在手作烘焙或創意彩繪階段，都充滿了濃厚的節慶氣氛與健康意識的傳遞。樂齡們一邊享受DIY的樂趣，一邊學習腸胃健康的概念。

首先，我們將麵團捲成彎曲狀，樂齡們親手揉捏出一道道彎曲的「腸子」形狀，並填入肉桂等美味食材，製作出腸子造型的肉桂捲，這不僅增添了節慶的氛圍，也提醒樂齡腸胃健康的重要性。

肉桂捲送入烤箱以後，我們緊接著進入彩繪骷髏頭的環節。大家展現了無窮的創意，透過顏料和畫筆，創作出詼諧驚悚的作品，阿嬤們邊畫邊強調「越恐怖越好！」，還不停地做鬼臉，讓現場笑聲不斷，氣氛熱鬧非凡！

彩繪結束後，「大腸肉桂捲」的香氣撲鼻而來，樂齡朋友們紛紛期待著下午茶時光，搭配一杯「眼球桑椹果汁」，現場充滿活力與創意，讓所有人度過了一個難忘的午後。

整場活動結合了手作樂趣、健康意識傳遞和創意表達，以創作形式延續節慶的歡樂，是一次豐富且有意義的體驗！

Halloween sets upon us all again and we have seen that our older friends’ creative growth in the last two years since we’ve known them, so we’ve confidently scaled up the difficulty and fear factor level of our art classes!

Today we in store for another unique workshop upcycling elections papers into paper mache skull molds, allowing for the creation of a horror skullscape, to be paired with cinnamon “intestine buns” and eyeball teas as an afternoon snack.

Older folks first made strips of cinnamon intestine dough, proceeding then to flatten and spread cinnamon and sugar on the strips. As these deliciously horrific intestines baked we began our huge skullscape portraits.

We split into three groups and began to crumple balls of election paper, laying down the foundations for pre-made paper mache skull molds to glue on. There was some difficulties in tearing the pieces of paper and then applying it into glue water for the proper fixture but they did spectacularly well. The glue dried quickly and paint was applied with sponges for more texture. Skulls were each then treated to their “makeup.”

We ended with adding more highlights and depth to the skulls noses, eye sockets, teeth, for a more 3D effect. Our older friends looked lovingly on these scary creations and stating on how pretty some were and lamented that they wish they had some colors such as a slime green in which to boost the horror effect even more.

This skullscape workshop turned out to be so so fun and the reception to the final was better than we anticipated! Our friends’s energy and enthusiasm was infectious, giving us inspiration to get even more creative next time!

Creativity, hand dexterity, painting, understanding of 3D creations, and basics in baking were learned through this class.
