設計不應只追求形式上的美，應該回應社會問題而設計，為真實世界而設計。威震總是小心翼翼地避免過度設計和堆疊積累的表層。他認為那些都是多餘且沉重的負擔，更想表現的是展露空間和材料自有的本質。
美有時換個角度欣賞更顯獨特。材料再生設計、城市空間活化設計、高齡住宅設計是威震持續關注的社會議題。在真實世界中，資源是有限的，時間是有限的，而我們設計能量也是有限的，相信投入對公眾有益的範圍，是設計師更重要的責任。

Design should not only pursue formal beauty, but should be designed in response to social issues and designed for the real world.Wei-Chen has always been careful to avoid over-designing and piling on accumulated layers. He believes that those are redundant and heavy burdens, and what he wants to express is to reveal the inherent essence of space and materials.
Beauty sometimes becomes more unique when viewed from another angle. Material recycling design, urban space activation design, and senior housing design are social issues that Wei-Chen continues to pay attention to. In the real world, resources are limited, time is limited, and our design energy is also limited. We believe that investing in areas that are beneficial to the public is a more important responsibility for designers.
