Josh gives off a different first impression than most head chefs with his friendliness and approachability. He often jests that he is the Taiwanese version of Jamie Oliver.
As a philosophy major in university, it was his tremendous love, passion, and curiosity for gourmet food not only took him on a path of culinary exploration, but also to the “Kitchen Table” of Bright Side Projects. Assuming the role of the volunteer head chef in many of Bright Side’s workshops, he has fused his passion into various forms of creative and delicious vegetarian meals for our Kids and Big Kids alike.
