Josette Penzel
Josette來自紐約，目前位於台北任職英文老師，她對生活總是充滿熱情並且關懷尊重地球上每一種生命。它不僅熱衷於旅行、跳舞、空間藝術表演，甚至她喜歡小孩、動物、攸關於純素食的任何事物還有個收集眾多可愛圖騰的襪子嗜好。
她始終相信尊重並且有著同理心面對任何一種生命是件很重要的事，她也將純素食主義視為他人生哲學裡重要的一部分。另方面她熱衷且寄望建立純素食團體，分享純素食的意義及做為一個純素食者的樂趣，而這樣的意念甚至能廣泛分享。

Josette is originally from New York. She now lives in Taipei and works as an English teacher. She loves traveling, dancing, acro yoga, aerial arts, children, animals, crazy socks, and all things vegan. She believes that it is essential to respect our planet and to show compassion for all living things, and sees veganism as an integral part of that philosophy.
She is passionate about building a vegan community and sharing with others how meaningful and fun it is to be vegan, preferably over a big slice of cake.
