吃素2年半,改變的契機:
經歷8年葷食餐飲經驗後,在2017年看了「動物解放」粉絲頁播放動物平權影片後決定改變飲食,由葷轉素,並轉戰蔬食市場。
Chef Eric has been eating plant-based since 2017 seeing a short video clip on the Animal Liberation Facebook page. For 8 years he created mouthwatering dishes in the culinary world; he now dedicates his craft to the creation of delicious vegan dishes. Currently the creator and chef of BaganHood restaurant in Taipei.
