今年夏天，讓我們在山中唱饗美食！
搭乘世界文化的列車，一起動手做美食，把世界吃下肚～
嚮光協會在今年夏天，走進烏來，在忠治教會夥伴協力合作下，
特別為忠志部落的孩子們籌備一場豐富有趣，且連接世界的化的美食之旅 – ”享食。想吃。嚮食世界列車！”
創意教育培力課程推出，連續三天的全天工作坊，我們計畫用最直接且有趣的方式，讓部落的大朋友們帶著小朋友們以及來自不同國家的志工老師們，在自己熟悉的大山裡，透過自己動手做美食來認識我們與自然和諧生存關係，從多元的創意互動方式，提供體制外的教育支持，開展國際視野。在品嚐世界佳餚、體驗文化風情的同時，讓孩子們種下綠色行動的種子，實踐永續精神。

日期：8/9、10、11 （周三、四、五）
地點：烏來忠治教會活動中心
參加人數：20人
體驗活動主要內容：
第一天 香Q會牽絲的PIZZA – 義大利用手抓的國民飲食
第二天 日本飲食文化：捲壽司、又軟又糯的水果大福 – 日本的幸福甜點、流水面體驗
第三天 多姿多采的鬆餅拼盤 – 用法式拼出美好的一天

We are excited to bring this meaningful three day camp to Wulai this summer, providing a safe haven for the indigenous children to expand their horizons learning about different cultures through sustainable plant-based meals.
Dates: August 9-11th 2023
Location: Wulai ZhongZhi Church 忠治教會
Purpose: children will about various culture through hands on creation of delicious cuisine and art
Education/Skills: different cultures, fundamentals of plant-based cooking, art
Interpersonal Skills: Interaction, cooperation, communication
Social Awareness: Plant-based living, environment, SDG goals
Sustainable Development Goals: Health and Wellbeing, Quality Education, Responsible Consumption and Living, Diverse Partnerships
