「莉卡希望學苑」為遠景計畫於台東新馬蘭部落的在地實踐，透過穩定的課後陪伴與多元學習支持，為孩子打造安全且持續成長的環境。課程涵蓋課後輔導、文化教育及社區參與，協助孩子在知識與文化的雙重滋養下建立自信，拓展未來可能性。

Likat Afterschool Program is a community-based initiative under Brighter Futures. Through consistent afterschool support and holistic learning, the program provides a safe and stable environment where children can grow, build confidence, and expand their future opportunities through both academic and cultural education.

計畫背景

台東新馬蘭部落的課後輔導計畫因疫情中斷四年，於2024年重新啟動並更名為「莉卡希望學苑」。這不僅是課程的恢復，更象徵嚮光對社區長期承諾的延續。我們透過穩定的課後輔導、族語教學及在地合作，重新建立孩子與社區之間的支持系統。

長期效益

透過教育支持與社區共創，莉卡希望學苑不僅促進孩子的學習發展，也進一步創造在地就業機會——包含青少年的有薪見習與在地婦女的工作機會。此模式使資源能在社區內循環，建立多方共好的支持網絡，逐步實現教育翻轉與地方永續發展。

Likat Afterschool Program

Background: After a four-year pause due to the pandemic, the afterschool program in Taitung FUKID was relaunched in 2024 as Likat Afterschool Program. This revival represents not only the return of educational support but also Bright Side’s long-term commitment to the community. Through afterschool tutoring, Indigenous language education, and local collaboration, we rebuild a sustainable support system for children.

Long Term Implications: Through integrated educational support and community collaboration, Likat Afterschool Program fosters both child development and local empowerment. The program creates paid internship opportunities for youth and employment for local women, enabling resources to circulate within the community and building a sustainable, multi-layered support system that drives long-term social impact.
