真的，世界會如何不一樣？關於良善和同理心，若是小的時候就能對他們存有認知，我們會被賦予多麽正向的力量呢？世界會不會更美好？
2018年開始，嚮光持續藉由全日藝術創意課程以及美味的蔬食餐點，致力於提升孩子極大朋友們對動物與環境的愛護意識，並教導孩子們如何付諸行動。嚮光需要你的支持，來完成我們的多元課程計畫，讓我們將這些藝術課程帶往台灣許多角落。
透過台灣第一個提倡行動力、藝術、動保、及環境友善的「藝術，讓愛發聲」系列課程，讓孩子們成為地球公民的一員，這是嚮光協會渴望承擔的重要任務。
在台東新馬蘭部落的課程，我們介紹瀕臨絕種的動物，以及人類能如何對環境伸出援手。小朋友怎麼在他們日常生活中做出改變，來減少對環境的傷害。孩子們接著創造他們想像中的動物，並聯想牠們可能面臨的生態危機。而在桃園睦祥育幼院的孩子，則在課程中拍攝狗狗學習基本攝影技巧，更進一步藉此與流浪狗狗互動，認識台灣流浪動物真正的面貌。
透過「藝術，讓愛發聲」課程，孩子們學習採取良善行動不可或缺的知識與技術，
跟孩子一起成爲這世界正向的力量吧！
活動地點：台北、桃園睦祥育幼院、新竹清泉部落、苗栗幼安教養院、台中、台東新馬蘭部落等

I think his (dog) tummy is the cutest! He’s such a good dog, doesn’t bite others and he listens to you. It’s cruel that these dogs were abandoned, I hope that by taking photos of them, we can help them find their furever homes!
那我小時候也沒有接觸過，比如說跟環境有關係的議題啊，
I wasn’t aware of environmental issues when I was young and it was only when I was in my 20s and 30s that I found out about them. If I was 10 years old and knew what I knew now, what kind of changed person would I be today?
During the class we learned photography and also how to get along with doggies – every photo that you see the child took if full of dedication and love. Children learned that they had the power and skills to help those in need.
I was very touched by the event. When I left, the children waved their hands and shouted my name. I am very fortunate to be able to participate in such a meaningful workshop with a group of kind people and a wonderful group of children. I cherished every moment with them today and even if i was silent and reading by myself, the loving atmosphere itself was electric!
【嚮光課程】都喜歡～因為每次上的課程都讓人覺得很有趣。雖然在製作的過程中還是會覺得很困難⋯⋯但是覺得好玩又有趣!
From this class I’ve learned a lot about animals. I’ve also learned that you can use every day materials to make fun things and end up creating art! I like all of Bright Side workshops, the classes are very interesting. During the workshop although sometimes aspects of the creation can be tough, it’s always fun and interesting!
Being able to have children interact with dogs, children will have a better understanding and respect for all life because they will come to realize that dogs also need to be loved.

參加鬆餅早餐工作坊的小朋友數目: 15-20位，年齡約從5~14歲。
一個以泰雅族原住民為主的社群, 我們從當地教堂以及桃山國小中募集5-13歲的小朋友來參加專題課程.這個社群約有100位小朋友
ChingChuan, located in the mountains of East Hsinchu primarily indigenous children from the Atayal Tribe.
桃園 ／睦祥育幼院
2013年至今 (從台北開車單程距離45分鐘)
隨時都有大約25-30位年輕朋友, 歲數從7-18歲都有, 這裡是受家庭暴力影響的小朋友的庇護所
Taoyuan’s MuHsiang Children’s Home, providing services for children affected by domestic or sexual abuse.
台東 ／ 新馬蘭部落
2015年至今 (由台北出發單程火車距離為4－6小時)
這個位於台東的新馬蘭部落主要以阿美族原住民為主, 大約有75戶家庭, 350個人, 大約30位小朋友來參加FUKID的專題課程
Taitung’s ShinMaLan Community, working with youths aged 7-15 primarily from the local indigenous Amis Tribe.

“If I was 10 years old and knew what I knew now….”
How would the world be different if we knew at 10 years old what we know now? If we were shown at an early age compassion, kindness, and empowered to make a positive change? Would the world be a kinder place?
For 2019 we will focus on raising awareness and cultivating love for the animals and environment through full day artistic creation, plant-based meals, and show kids how to take action. We need your support; we have a goal of $250,000 NT（$8000 USD）for multiple workshops throughout Taiwan.
Bright Side Projects is eager to undertake this monumentous task of helping our children be a part of the global movement via The “Advocacy Through Art” series, the first of its kind in Taiwan that promotes activism, art, animal awareness, and positive environmental impact. We will focus our work with kids in distant communities that we have been trying to provide with a support system and resources for the past six years. Meals are plant-based and workshop materials are from upcycled goods whenever possible.
In our workshop at Taitung’s ShinMaLan we introduced endangered animals and our human hand in the contribution of environmental impact, what kids can change in their daily lives, to lessen the harm. They then made their own imagined animals and related what environmental hazards they faced. At Taoyuan MuHsiang Children’s Home we had kids first learn basic skills of photography and then use this to interact and to truly “see” the faces of the stray dogs in Taiwan. $500NT funds a warm plant-based meal while $1000NT ensures an entire day’s worth of education. Donate to support kids to learn about real issues and problem solve solutions – we need your help!
For the past six years, we have been committed to bringing high quality resources and unique educational opportunities to youth in Taiwan.. We are unable to continue our work without support and currently only have enough funding for 3 months of operation through September.
